Contract Administration - Post Construction Services
When appropriate provide Certificates for partial completion, practical completion, final completion.
Prepare all necessary schedules of defects.
Regularly inspect Works during Defects Liability Period to ensure defects are being 'made good'.
Prepare review, procure and supply to Client all necessary guarantees, warranties, maintenance, safety and security manuals relating to the works.
Prepare in consultation with the Client a maintenance programme and advise generally in relation to maintenance.
Provide 2 sets of 'as built' drawings and where requested by Client provide additional drawings, plans and technical information as requested.
Arrange, conduct and attend meetings as necessary for the proper completion of project.
Advise Client as to need for additional tests, etc to achieve final design specification.
